As part of the GWA Junior Agency Awards 2024, our team from DHBW Ravensburg was selected to represent the university with our main project of the 5th semester. "Pille + Prestige" is a creative transformation campaign developed for the client Ratiopharm. The campaign aims to preserve the relevance of brick-and-mortar pharmacies in 2030 and provide them with a renewed purpose. In collaboration with the Business Administration - Health Management program at DHBW, real figures and financial statements were analyzed to support the project.

We focused on the individuality of each pharmacy, along with the personalities of their owners and staff.
The concept—reminiscent of makeover shows like “Pimp My Ride” or “Zuhause im Glück” (Home Makeover)—features two main characters, “Pille” and “Prestige” (twins inspired by Ratiopharm’s marketing strategy). They visit struggling or poorly frequented pharmacies and collaborate with the owners to develop tailored makeover solutions.Based on the insights and preferences of the pharmacists, we created personalized concepts designed to highlight the unique strengths of each pharmacy. A key element was showcasing staff members as approachable and highly qualified professionals, establishing a sense of trust and expertise while distinguishing themselves from the increasingly popular online pharmacies.The resulting concepts ranged from humorous to futuristic, yet they always remained realistic and speculative in nature.
